Preserving Our Heritage
In renovating Palais Riad Reda, we preserved not just the ancient walls and intricate tilework, but the soul of a traditional Moroccan kitchen. Each corner of our cooking school tells a story - from the handcrafted copper pots passed down through generations to the wood-fired oven that has baked thousands of loaves of bread.
Our recipes, too, are treasures inherited from our grandmothers and great-grandmothers, carefully preserved and shared with love. We believe that by teaching these traditional methods and recipes, we help keep our culinary heritage alive for future generations.
